Due to the perishable nature of our premium Halal meats and gourmet products, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to providing a full refund or immediate replacement.
Return Process

Please check your items immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is present and the temperature-controlled packaging is intact.

If there is a problem with your order, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and, if approved, will process a refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost.
